School Captains chosen to appear in top education magazine

Maddie, Max, Sophia and Toby talk about about their time at Churcher's...

School Captains, Maddie and Max, and Deputy Captains, Sophia and Toby have featured in the latest edition of School House magazine. Representing Churcher's College, they told the publication of their pride in being positive role models for their peers, and other students lower down the school, as well as their gratitude for the opportunities a position of responsibility provides.

Whether they are giving back to the school by mentoring other students, representing the student body on the school council, performing in the annual school musical, or leading the army section of the CCF on Remembrance Sunday, each of the Captains gave a wonderfully warm review of their time at Churcher's, and the community of which they are a part.

Maddie, Max, Sophia and Toby told the magazine that they had not only flourished academically while at Churcher's with each of them holding strong ambitions, and a desire to continue their studies at University, but also that Churcher's had given them so much beyond this - a love of sport, music, performance and duty, and a clear understanding of the need to be well rounded individuals.

We wish them the best of luck for what look like extremely bright futures!
